~ What Happened on Calvary ~

When I woke up this morning

There before me I did find

A day of expectation

To be filled with Peace of Mind!

When I looked out the window

A Glow of Hope appeared to me

Empowering the remembrance

Of what happened on Calvary!

I knew I could not go forth

Until I expressed my thanks

To have the right to one more day

That Your River should overflow it’s banks!

To spread abroad Your Word of Love

And make all who bathe in - free

Empowering the remembrance

Of what happened on Calvary!

So The Door that is before me

Must be opened from the inside

My heart must know acceptance

Before Your Truth can Abide!

How can The Transformation

Place His Glow upon Your Life

It only takes - Just Two Words

And You can become His Wife!
