Just Ask Yourself

How old will I be when I'm no longer a child
How old will I be when I finally do grow up;
How old will I be when I'm considered mature
How old will I be when time has filled my cup.
This question has an answer at every age you are
Just look inside and ask yourself
Just who do you think you are?
I am as old as I but not as old as you
age has taught me how The Truth will always teach me true.
I am the age I need to be that I am able to see
how life does present itself to someone as old as me.
So, at what ever age I am I'll gladly accept The Truth
I'll grow older gracefully even if I've lost every tooth.
So how old will I be when I no longer ask how
but know the reason we all must try
to accept The Whole Truth now;
I know I'll be at the age when I do finally know
I'm at the age I need to be I still will want to grow!
