To Receive His Word

Take the time to listen closely
and dwell upon what you've heard,
For in a very simple way
it will help you receive His Word;

He'll speak to you in a thought
with words that are so crystal clear,
You'll know that you have heard His voice
by the vision that does appear.

What you can see are words He spoke
in your heart for your soul to keep,
Believe The Truth that is being revealed
and a rich harvest you will reap;

I tell you now with simple words
as for them they will have meaning,
They'll understand they have received
on my trust they have been leaning.

Now you know exactly who must speak
before The Truth can be revealed,
Open your heart and let His fire burn
so His Comfort will not be concealed.

All those who will receive His Word
shall know what it means to become,
A Friend of God with Him in your heart
yet this gift has not been received by some.
