Was I born with a silver spoon
The Second I had been granted;
for not by will or might of men
The Truth had been firmly planted.
Was I lucky or blessed by God
The Second I would know for sure;
for not by will or might of men
The Truth allows the heart to stir.
Was I called or a chosen vessel
The Second I should choose to speak;
for not by will or might of men
The Truth will strengthen the weak.
Was I worthy or Loved by God
The Second I should gladly admit;
for not by will or might of men
The Truth will Honor submit.
Was I dead or buried with Christ
The Second I had been requested to leave;
for not by will or might of men
The Truth had come to retrieve!
