THE THREE WITNESSES

For many years as a wholesaler, I found myself coming to this certain retailer at the evening of a long run.   Every Monday evening, my last stop was at this business.  For all those years, I found myself witnessing to three young ladies.  When ever I tried to conduct business with them, I would always be led to testify of how The Lord had either done something in my life, taught me a lesson, or spoke something to my spirit.

Monday after Monday, I would find myself in this same position.  Business would always seem to come last.   Many times I recall wondering how I could calm the urge to testify so that business could be conducted first.

The this important Monday came when I was to learn an important lesson.  I arrived at the business like normal, but before I walked into the shop, I decided I would not say anything until they spoke to me.   It was then That the young lady I spoke to every Monday, said to me:

Guess what happened to me. She proceeded to tell me how she was saved and baptized the day before.  I rejoiced with her and welcomed her into the Family!

The next Monday when I arrived, I was met with
the same statement by the other two young ladies that I met there every Monday.   They also were saved and baptized the day before.

All those years that I had been going to that business, I had no idea that none of the three knew The Lord personally.  What if I had none all the while of their spiritual condition?  Would it have changed how I met them and associated with them?

For all that time, had I known, I would have felt compelled to witness because of Ezekiel , and I would not have been a light just as The Lord instructed us to be.  The Light would have become a burden or yoke rather than what He truly is.

Remember: In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established! The witness of God is greater than the witness of man!  You do have the witness within You!  If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto Me ! You can't save the whole world, but You can be what God has purposed you to be. His light in this world of darkness, always trusting that He is at work in and through you.
